PCI SSC warning: European online transactions under cyber attack

European merchants need to pay more attention to securing electronic payments, warns the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), in a stark warning over cyber attack.

Card fraud rises globally: one in three consumers fall victim

Breach at Shiseido unit likely led to data leak on 420,000 shoppers

December 3, 2016 (Mainichi Japan)

TOKYO (Kyodo) -- Japanese cosmetics maker Shiseido Co. said Friday that the online store run by subsidiary IPSA Co. has suffered illegal access and that personal information on about 420,000 customers may have leaked as a result.
